DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY

We follow an agile approach to development, using Scrum and 3-week sprint cycles, incorporating all the required sprint meetings. Lunch & learns, life-mastery, hack-time and sprint celebrations are equally important slots that we incorporated into our development schedule. A positive working culture is important to us. We act with humility and are subject experts. Respect, trust, teamwork and ambition are key attributes. We believe that training, self-development and continuous growth are important to our team members.

Our main development tool is Visual Studio and we develop on the latest versions of the .NET framework, using C# & VB.NET as our core languages. The main database platform is SQL Server 2014+, however we do utilize MS Access from time to time.

We use Telerik third party controls. This enables us to spend less time developing and designing standard controls, and rather focus on the solution at hand.

All our products are integrated and use the range of Microsoft Office products, including Access, Word, Excel, Outlook and Visio.
